Those whole team at Huntleys are truly lovely, genuine people who clearly only want the best for you and your loved one. Each person there makes time for you whether on a call or in person, planned or not. Catherine as the appointed director was an exceptional and unwavering support to me during an incredibly difficult time. She was kindness, compassion, patience and unwavering stability and support, and constantly reminded me that she was there to be leaned on. From the first meeting, where she methodically took me through everything, whilst being careful not to overwhelm me, to the emails and phone calls checking in and making sure I was happy with everything planned, to our last moment of chatting following the service, she was everything I didn’t know I needed in a guiding person. Careful to maintain the professional boundaries, she took the time to get to know me as a person in order to best meet my needs. I won’t forget Catherine, when I look back on this incredibly difficult time, I will always be comforted by the fact that I had her support, and that of the whole team at Huntleys Redditch.

I cannot praise Sandra and the team enough for the care, compassion and support they gave me, right from the very beginning all the way to the funeral of my auntie and afterwards.

Not reviewing for a funeral but a personal matter Jennie and Paul took into their own hands,

I lost my wallet today and they found it on a roundabout and went well out of there way to get it back to me.

I'm so grateful for this kind act as I was oblivious it was even missing! A note with a number was put through my letterbox and they kindly brought it back.

From the initial meeting to discuss my mum's Trina shewell funeral to the actual day of the service we received was amazing. Huntleys were the funeral director of choice for my Mothers funeral. It was a great occasion with the theme as a celebration of life. The service was provided with professionalism and respect but it was also a very personal affair. The family were very happy and although it was a sad occasion we were able to celebration my Moms life with dignity, pride and fondness. Huntleys are thoroughly recommended.

Considering that a funeral always follows the sad loss of a much loved family member, and close relatives are at a sensitive and low point in their lives. I can only say how caring, compassionate and sensitive Huntleys Funeral Services were in the way that they managed the funeral arrangements for our family, whilst managing the funeral arrangements for my mothers funeral.
Every aspect of the arrangements required for the funeral process were handled faultlessly.

Sandra was such a lovely and professional person to work with, when making the arrangements, she explained things very clearly and nothing we asked for was too much trouble.
Steve the Funeral Director on the day of the funeral was also extremely respectful of the occasion, and ensured that all the arrangements for the funeral were conducted in the manner we expected and made it clear that it was his responsibility to ensure everything went smoothly on the day.

Huntleys provided funeral arrangements for my father's funeral. I was recommended Huntleys by someone in the trade, and while not too local i was impressed with the website and initial phone call. On visiting i was impressed by their premises and the whole process. In particular Sandra was fantastic in her advice and empathy. The day was handled superbly well and the celebrant Morgan was first class. One of my best decisions was to opt for 2 horses and a carriage provided on behalf of Huntleys by Horse drawn Occasions. The horse's turnout and the driver was absolutely faultless. If you are considering Huntleys and want reassurance I would highly recommend Sandra and all involved.

From the first phone call to Sandra at Huntleys to the last moment of the cars bringing us all home their service was impeccable. Myself and family were treated with incredible kindness and patience at all times. Steve , basically in charge of everything that day was so professional but still very kind and caring to all the family. The service was beautiful, from the music that we decided would be played, photos that I had chosen being shown , the flowers on the coffin that were beautiful and of course Debbi, our celebrant. She made the service very personal and it touched everyone’s heart .Without reservation I would recommend this company. Thank you all for your effort in making this day memorable
