Your best interests are the priority of everyone who works with us
You can expect to be treated how we’d expect to be treated ourselves – with compassion, with respect and receiving the reassurance that we’re acting diligently and professionally on your behalf. Our experience means we take nothing for granted and we’ll take as long as is needed to listen to what you would like.
Throughout, you’ll be guided by experienced funeral directors and arrangers with the empathy to understand your situation. They’ll work hard in the background before, during and after the funeral to create a positive memory for the life being celebrated. You can rely on our discreet presence at all times – quietly making sure everything progresses smoothly but always on hand for anything you might need.
Meet the team:
What Do You Like Best About Your Role?
I really enjoy meeting with the families when I conduct funerals but also enjoy speaking to them and other staff members when on the phones.
Have You Done any Other Roles in The Industry?
I started out as a driver/bearer, I then went on to conduct funerals and now I conduct and run the diary for the Midlands area.
Specific Memories and Proudest moments
I am proud to be working with a team that gives 100% to our families and I feel lucky to have met so many families over my 20 years in the industry and helped them in their time of need.
Paula has been with Huntleys Funeral Services since 2016, having previously worked for the hospital group in theatre for cosmetic surgery as a theatre assistant.
She says she enjoys “every aspect of my job, but I think the most important part is dealing with our family’s, giving them everything they need, supporting them and providing all the information they will need through the whole funeral process.”
She enjoys being around people and doing community work. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, going to the gym and swimming.
Sandra has worked in the Funeral Industry for over 14 years and joined with Huntleys Funeral Services in Henley-in-Arden in February 2017.
She says ‘I feel privileged working with and helping families at this sad time guiding them and hopefully making this process easier for them to deal with. I treat all family`s how I would like to be treated.’
She is married and and has two lovely step children and three grandchildren. She loves having family catch ups. She also enjoys holidays abroad and in this country too.
